About

The 2011 Eighteenth- and Nineteenth-Century British Women Writers Conference will be hosted by the English department at The Ohio State University from March 31 to April 2, 2011.

The BWWC is an interdisciplinary forum for both graduate students and established scholars to discuss British women’s literature and culture, and has been hosted by graduate students in major universities across the country since 1992. Held at the Westin Hotel in downtown Columbus, the 2011 conference will feature plenary lectures and discussions, scholarly panels, library exhibits, and several other special activities, including a banquet and evening entertainment.

Please feel free to peruse the links housed under this About page (see menu to your left) to explore information regarding the conference: our faculty advisers and planning committee, the Eighteenth- and Nineteenth-Century British Women Writers Association, and other news as it becomes available.
