Travel and Accommodations

Port Columbus International Airport homepage: if you’re flying in for the conference, you will most likely be coming through Port Columbus International Airport (IATA airport code CMH). Check this page for airline and flight information, parking and transportation, and various passenger services. NOTE: Port Columbus offers free wi-fi for its visitors! Enjoy!

The Westin Columbus homepage: The 2011 BWWC will be held at the historic Westin hotel in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Click the homepageĀ to learn more about the Westin and all of its delightful “curiosities”!

If you are interested in staying somewhere other than the Westin, there are many other downtown hotel options that would place you within walking distance of the conference vents: these include the Hyatt on Capitol Square and a Holiday Inn and Double Tree Guest Suites. Only slightly removed from the neighborhood of the Westin (though still accessible by foot or public transportation) The Red Roof Inn and Drury Inn also offer affordable rooms. Also, please keep in mind our “Share a Room” page, where you may be able to match up with other attendees staying at the Westin who would be interested in splitting lodging costs.

If you are staying as a guest of the Westin, complimentary parking is included in your room rate. However, if you are staying elsewhere, the Westin does offer on-site parking for visitors: self-parking is $5/day, and valet is $10/day. Columbus Commons Parking Garage, which is just across Main St., also offers public parking at rates of approximately $5 for 8 hours.
